Shipping and Returns
Jenson ATEX depot ships within the European Union and several other European countries, which consist of the countries listed below.
For shipping we use UPS, DPD or TNT express.
The shipping rates for your destination are automatically calculated in the order process.
As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all Jenson ATEX depot orders are shipped out of the Netherlands with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in EURO.

We believe our products must meet and exceed your highest expectations, and our service must live up to the quality of our product. If for any reason you need to return your order, it’s easy!
Refunds and Exchanges
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, we grant full right of cancellation should you regret your purchase. The returned goods must be substantially in the same condition and quantity as delivered by Jenson ATEX depot. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification.
The original amount paid for the returned item(s) will be refunded when the return will take place within 14 days.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order and must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA – number).
To request a return, log in to your account and request the return of your product.
Please note that a return or exchange of an order without the Return Authorization Number will be subject to additional processing time and will delay crediting your account.
Unopened Items: We can exchange or give you a full refund for the item(s). Opened boxed item(s) may be considered for a refund where our Products are unused and are left intact in their original packaging.
Opened Items: Open products can only be returned for exchange, refunds are not possible. Return the products only in the original undamaged packaging. Products without the original packaging are not accepted.
In case of returning an incomplete product, the costs of the missing parts or accessories are billed to the customer.
Software: Returns are only accepted if the item has not been opened.
Repairs: Repairs are free of cost when the product is in warranty. In the unfortunate case that the damage is caused by misuse rather than manufacturing defect, you will be billed the return cost! (added to the repair bill)
Refunds are made in the original payment method.
