Maintenance NEXT 2015

25 Feb 2015
by Mathijs Bouchaut

From 21 to 23 April, Maintenance NEXT 2015 will be the epicentre of the maintenance industry for both today and tomorrow, with focus on employment, innovation and value creation. An integrated approach to maintenance is essential in order to optimise the use of assets in a demanding market. ‘Mastering Assets’ is the name of the game: maximum insight and monitoring of installations at all levels! Professional specialists from a variety of fields are the Masters behind reliable and profitable assets.

Demanding market

The flexibility of the Dutch industry has been under great pressure due to changing market demands in recent years. From ‘sweating the assets’ for maximum production to minimum utilisation. Whether it’s the manufacturing, aviation, maritime, food, infra or processing industry: each sector, organisation and situation makes unique demands of the installations. Margins are permanently under pressure, products must have a shorter time-to-market, reliability and safety are closely scrutinised and the demand for products is fluctuating widely.

Management and mastership

In order to meet all possible demands, maintenance professionals need full control of the installations: Mastering Assets. This is no mean feat. Neither in HR terms nor technical terms. Mastering Assets goes at least one step further than simply ‘managing’ assets. At any level of an organisation, it is precisely those employees who, supported by technology and relevant data, excel in their field. They make the difference. Maintenance NEXT therefore welcomes professionals from all disciplines and related departments to boost their know-how of maintenance technology in Ahoy Rotterdam.

NOW and NEXT

For three days, Ahoy Rotterdam will be filled with maintenance solutions and technological products for now and ‘NEXT’. Visitors to Maintenance NEXT are able to benefit from display of present-day possibilities as well as specific information on maintenance solutions in keeping with their day-to-day situation and future developments.
